Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our Products and Services to you.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES
Order Acceptance; Shipment.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
Due to food safety and quality considerations, we are unable to accept returns of Boobamilk products once they have been shipped. That said, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 45 days of the date of purchase at info@boobamilk.com so we can review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, issued at our discretion.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or believe your order was fulfilled incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue Products or Services at any time.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Venue shall be exclusively in Latah County, Idaho.
No class or representative actions are permitted.
